Digital Plethora is a SaaS + AI Suite Company building intelligent automation solutions that help Businesses streamline Operations, automate Customer journeys, manage Leads, and accelerate growth. Our flagship solution 'AI Travel Suite' is initially focused on Travel Agents, Tour Operators, DMCs, and Holiday Planners.
Do I need previous SaaS or AI experience to apply?+
Not necessarily for every position. Relevant SaaS, AI, Automation or Technology experience is valuable, but we also consider Candidates with strong domain expertise, learning ability, execution capability and measurable achievements. Role-specific technical requirements will be mentioned in each Job Description.

How does Digital Plethora's Compensation Model work?+
Compensation may include fixed remuneration, performance-linked incentives, commissions, milestone bonuses or a combination of these, depending on the Role. Certain positions, particularly Sales Closers or partnership-oriented roles, may be performance/commission-based. The applicable structure will be clearly communicated during the Hiring process.
